Editorial questions

This page is for questions about the guide and for fixing facts. Include the page address and the passage in question. Also include a link to the maker’s document that supports your point. Don’t send private production details. Don’t send personal information the fix doesn’t need.

Equipment and service inquiries

We don’t supply equipment, give quotes, match buyers with suppliers, or troubleshoot machines remotely. To buy a machine, contact suppliers directly. Use the buyer checklist to prepare. For service, contact your machine’s maker or a qualified service provider. Include the model and serial number.

Response expectations
